Once your power bank is charged, the battery should be plugged into the jacket from the cord located in the inside left pocket. If you are using the red and black 7.4v (X3) battery you will need to turn the battery on as well. All other batteries do not require it. The jacket is turned on by pressing and holding the logo located on the chest of the jacket. This button should be pressed down for several seconds until the light turns on. You can then cycle through the heating levels by pressing the button lightly.

•Red or Blue - High
•Blue or Teal- Low
•Green - Eco
To Turn off your jacket, press and hold the logo button on the chest of the jacket until the light turns off.

The light on the charger indicates charge level. When plugged in, it will be green and then should display red when connected to a battery that is not fully charged. Once the battery is fully charged, it will change back to green. Additionally, the battery will need to be turned on using the on/off button. This light indicates the charge based on the picture displayed on the battery. Once charged, the battery should be plugged into the jacket from the cord located in the front left pocket.
Connect the wall adapter, power cord, and power bank. Plug into the wall. Charge level is indicated by four lights. The number of lights illuminated indicates current charge level. If no lights illuminate, the power bank is fully discharged. If a blinking light is shown, the power bank is charging. Power level can be checked at any time by pressing the button located next to the charge lights. Once charged, the battery should be plugged into the jacket from the cord located in the front left inner pocket.
Definitely. All Kelvin products are washing machine safe, although delicate cycle and hang drying is recommended.

All jacket returns are free of charge within the United States. We accept returns when postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date. Clothing must be unworn and all components are to be complete and undamaged in the original packaging. Please use the Returns tab on our website or contact us at support@kelvincoats.com to authorize returns and obtain a pre-paid return label.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This process may take some time to appear on your account as updates vary for each bank and card supplier.
We currently do not offer exchanges for items purchased. If you'd like a different size, color or style, please follow the procedure above and place a new order.
Kelvin branded products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
If a different size is required, the fastest method for exchange would be to return your existing Kelvin product and purchase the correct size. Reimbursement for your original purchase will be immediately sent once the clothing item is received at our shipping center and processed.
At this time, we only ship to the US and Canada. Shipping options include standard and expedited with expected delivery duration to be determined based on location. Please note that we are not responsible for any custom fees. Custom fees vary by country.

Depending on the external temperature, battery life will differ. Colder temperatures can lead to a reduction in performance in certain circumstances.
We do not recommend using any non-Kelvin batteries with our products or the use of Kelvin batteries with other products. We can only assure that Kelvin certified items are designed, built, and tested to strict standards.
